Under the UK's "Distance Selling Regulations", you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. You may return any goods which are unsuitable within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in unused condition and complete with their original packaging. Charges incurred for return postage will not be refunded. Please ensure you have proof of posting in case of delivery problems. Refunds will be credited onto the card used for the original transaction and will be done so within 10 working days. This returns policy does not cover special order items, for example customised bowls (emblems/initials etc.) as we are unable to either resell the goods or return them to the manufacturer in this situation.  Please do not hesitate to contact us either by telephone or by email.

Damaged Goods
Should you receive goods that arrive damaged you must advise us within seven days of receipt by email.


Faulty Goods
If goods are deemed faulty please return within seven days, Please ensure the goods are packaged securely ,& a Proof of posting is obtained from post office,  a full refund will be given or replacement goods supplied.


Cancellation Policy
